ABOUT
After defending their home of Pandora and sending the Resources Development Administration packing back to Earth nearly fifteen years ago, the Na’vi returned to their peaceful lives. Former US Marine Jake Sully, now accepted as Na’vi himself in an avatar body, has started a family with Neytiri. Despite more than a decade of peace, Jake knows the RDA isn’t done with Pandora yet. And now he’s proven right as they return in force.
With the lives of his adopted people and his family at stake, Jake will need to lead the Na’vi into war once again; this time facing a formidable new enemy who always seems to be one step ahead. For Major Bukowski isn’t just a master tactician; he’s the soldier Jake would have been, had fate taken him down a different path.
Writer Ethan Sacks (Star Wars Hyperspace Stories: Codebreaker, Marvel’s Old Man Hawkeye) lends his adventurous creative touch to the world of the Na’vi alongside artist Salvatore Porcaro (Dragonero, CCTVYLLE), colorist Michael Atiyeh (Star Wars Hyperspace Stories: The Bad Batch, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora–So’lek’s Journey), and letterer Michael Heisler (TexArcanum, Avatar: Adapt or Die).
Collects Avatar: The Gap Year--Tipping Point #1–#6.

STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
