ABOUT
Adam Strange is an earthling, but he rose to glory on the planet Rann. Recently, he saved that world in the company of Alanna, his wife. However, something strange happened, which the couple have never revealed, and which now has consequences on Earth. And Mr. Terrific is the only man capable of unravelling the mystery. Writer Tom King reunites with his long-time collaborator Mitch Gerads, with whom he has already written Mr. Miracle and The Sheriff of Babylon, and Evan "Doc" Shaner to tell the story of a bizarre murder investigation through a plot set in the present and the past. Strange Adventures, one of DC Comics' classic titles, returns to host a story that combines the rich mythology of Rann and Adam Strange with an earthy-style crime storyline. The result, like so many of the comics that have come out of the Black Label line, is a unique tale that is now a classic in its own right.

STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
