Tenyo fell for a ploy set up by Toka, the imperial sorcerer, when he agreed to disguise himself as the emperor. The boat Tenyo and Kakezuki boarded as part of the ritual is attacked, only for the pair to wash ashore in...the Crimson South! Ordered to lay low, they’re soon reunited with Shunro, the leader of the Crimson Wolves—the band of elite assassins that Tenyo belongs to.

To explain Kakezuki's identity, the Crimson Wolves are told that he's Uru with amnesia. But the truth may spill out one way or another... How will Kakezuki react to the Crimson South when Tenyo invites him to spend some time together? In Tenyo’s beloved homeland, Kakezuki finally puts a name to the emotion he feels for Tenyo.
