After officially enrolling at the academy — which she's sure is secretly a school for witches — Yubooh is thrilled to find that her friend from childhood, Esteban, is also a student there! But Esteban isn't quite so happy to see her. Her old friend acts cold and standoffish, leaving Yubooh wondering what happened to him in the years they've been apart.

Meanwhile, with Code Fish underway, Salvia and Roo must show Yubooh around the academy, while keeping the school's magic hidden so that she doesn't learn the truth... at least until the full moon.
