The cowardly red dragon Letty is still on the lookout for a place to settle down, but after spending time with the black dragon Emile, he’s starting to wonder how he might be able to help out other people. After a stop to look at a high-concept designer property, Letty suddenly finds himself thrust into a new role as substitute landlord, filling in for a chimaera who has unexpectedly fallen ill. Meanwhile, an unexpected development changes things between Dearia and Nell in a big way! Just what will it take for a dragon to find the perfect home?
