When you have a problem at school, the student council will always be there to help. Is the suggestion box not getting enough use? Is the robotics club out of control? Is there suspiciously sexual moaning coming from the music club room?

Whatever the issue, Ume and the student council will do whatever they can to fix it. Sometimes adorable, always bizarre, their four-panel antics take them to places no morally upright students should go!
