Hot Shot and his crew have been given an assignment to go to Houston, Texas, to get as many drug dealers off the streets as they can. Hot Shot has become increasingly volatile, endangering himself and his crew. The mean streets of Houston have Hot Shot acting more aggressively, which makes every move Hot Shot makes costly. No one is safe, and Hot Shot can care less as his thirst for blood gets worse.
