ABOUT
As a parent, life is filled with so many gifts. There are the big milestones—the first steps, the first days of school—and there are the little changes that are just as precious but can be easily forgotten in the flurry of life. This baby journal is a place for those everyday things, the tiny moments that make a relationship between parent and child so special.
Designed with busy parents in mind, this guided parenting diary is a place you can write in whenever the mood strikes. There’s no pressure to record every milestone or statistic. The gentle prompts encourage you to write what you can, when you can, about what is happening right now. Cover months of your family’s life or years. You can write about everything from first days in the nursery to first days in middle school. When finished, you’ll have a priceless keepsake to share with your child as a graduation or wedding gift or before the birth of their own little one.
Record your reflections with the help of open-ended prompts such as:
- Before you go to bed, we usually…
- You last made me smile when…
- I hope I never forget…
- When I think of you growing up in this time period, I’m excited about…
STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
