NORMA JEANE THE FILMS OF MARILYN

Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Marilyn's birth, Hermes Press is publishing an in-depth study and commentary on the films of Marilyn Monroe. Monroe started in minor roles and had her breakthrough in Niagara (1953) followed by Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and How to Marry a Millionaire (both 1953). All of her films are discussed in this book together with her interactions with the stars, casts, and directors which included John Huston, Howard Hawkes, and Billy Wilder.
