ABOUT
Obscura is a glitter-soaked Mediterranean island, famous for its wild nightlife—sex, drugs and cutting-edge electronic music. But beneath the foam parties, superyachts and sunburned bodies dancing till dawn lies a secret community of mythical beings, hidden in plain sight.
You cannot see what you don’t believe exists.
They came here to escape, to build an island paradise free of human interference. But the party culture they created, and the seductive dance music it birthed, backfired—attracting an infestation of tourists. Now a battle for the soul of Obscura is raging, and some will do anything to protect their home—even kill for it.
So when sixteen-year-old centaur Artemis finds a dying tourist along the side of the road, she knows what she’s supposed to do—finish him off. Instead, she brings him home. Her act of mercy sets off a reckoning with Obscura’s buried history—the stories her people have killed to protect and tried to erase.
But stories have a way of surviving. They exist to be told. And they have chosen Artemis to tell them.
STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
