ABOUT
This Ignatz award nominated comic is brimming with tarot imagery, raw emotions and venomous vampires. Follow Venus, our psychic Scorpio on an epic journey of cosmic introspection and forming deep, solid bonds with those she loves. She is on the lam, running for her life to escape the energy draining Sucklands. But who is she really running from? Is it the egomaniacal Emperor and his vampy lil cronies? Or the parts of herself Venus hasn’t wanted to face? Thankfully, our healing heroine has some truly faithful friends to help her along the way: Hermes the stoic Scorpion and Peeper the peppy hummingbird. On her path, she meets a new admirer, a writer named River trapped in the 12th house, and boy, does she like him! Join the whole gang on an esoteric adventure of self empowerment and personal growth like no other.
STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
