ABOUT
Eight-year-old Stevie has what her parents call a racecar brain: she loves noticing new things around her, and often finds it difficult to focus. Stevie is a star at her small and quirky school, where learning is playing, there are no tests or homework, and she and her best friend Maggie win awards for their creativity and imagination.
When her house floods and her family has to suddenly move, Stevie has to transfer to—gulp—a new school with less free time and way more rules. Some of the teachers even think Stevie is difficult because she gets distracted and can't seem to sit still.
Stevie copes by talking with her wise inner voice, as well as her annoying older brother Nathan. When things go from bad to worse at the new school, can Stevie find a way to speak up for herself, and show everyone there's more than one right way to be?
STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
