Shadow Jones’ boyfriend Jay starts sneaking around and spying on where she’s staying with Master Splinter and runs afoul of METALHEAD! While back in New York City, the Turtles face off against a squad of Utroms and try to figure out what they want—and what is the Fugitoid’s involvement in all of this is.
