ABOUT
From science fiction projects such as The Mandalorian, action films like Gladiator II, and an animated role in The Wild Robot, Pedro Pascal has proven he transcends genre and cultures. Known for portraying father figures, pop culture can’t seem to get enough of Pedro. He is a fierce supporter of LGBTQ rights, and is known for uplifting immigrant stories such as his own.
Before he became known as Pedro Pascal, José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal was born in Chile as a shy, sensitive boy who loved theater, movies, and art. After eventually emigrating to the United States, Pedro knew he was meant to be an actor and live inside the movies he adored. For decades, he worked hard in California, New York, and many places in between to make his dreams come true. Eventually, Pedro found his big break on Game of Thrones, and his career only catapulted from there! Today, Pedro is known for breaking industry standards, opening doors for other actors getting started in the industry, and being a dynamic professional who can seemingly play any role in any movie.
STANDARD, PRIMARY, DM AND VARIANT COVERS
Standard and Primary covers are widely available through general retailers. They often have higher print runs and can be cheaper, especially during sales.
In contrast, Direct Market (DM) and variant covers are primarily sold in comic shops. DM editions tend to have more limited availability and may be more valuable to collectors.
The main differences lie in artwork style, availability, price, and collector appeal. Ultimately, the choice between standard and variant covers depends on personal preference, budget, and individual collecting goals.
